Margaret's Testimonial

Dear Simon,

When you asked me to write about what happened at the centre I was really glad. I remember I came to help a friend on the bus who was not well and wanted some healing. You saw I was holding my arm in a funny way and asked to have a look. I’ve had osteoarthritis for ten years in my shoulder. I sat down for healing because I didn’t think it could do any harm.

There was nothing special or anything happened when you were moving around at all except tingling. But I nearly fell asleep and after went home. I didn’t think anything about it at all until the Tuesday and I remembered I’d forgotten to take my painkillers. Sometimes the pain was so dreadful I hadn’t been able to sleep.

The day after the Wednesday, I stopped the tablets altogether and slept through to morning for the first time in ten years. I came in the next week just to show you and it makes me laugh now. I stood in the doorway swinging my arm like a bloody windmill to get your attention. I don’t know what you did that night or how it works but it changed my life.

Over the years I had everything including acupuncture, a dozen different things and so many tablets my husband would shake his head, anti-inflammatory and the lot. I won’t ever know what you did that night Simon but it got rid of my pain and I am grateful from the bottom of my heart.
